Hope I have been teaching for the past 28 years in many and varied positions. I taught EFL for many years, a memorable 6 of those in a Japanese Buddhist boarding school in the depths of the Suffolk countryside. It wasn't until 10 years ago that I finally fulfilled my lifetime's ambition to teach languages in state comprehensives and I love it. I knew I wanted to be a teacher from the age of 8 and have never wanted to do anything else.
