To Cultivate the Moral Imagination I've been a teacher for many years. The key thing I see that a teacher must do is to devote him or herself to cultivating the moral imagination of each student. This means to help students to find their own humanity, to see what more is possible for them, for those they love, and for the world? How to do this? Difficult, but to even approach this is beautiful.
