I've been teaching 8 years, used to be an elementary vocal music/band teacher, then a junior high drama/vocal/ELD teacher, and am now an Intervention/ELD teacher.I like watching those way below grade level excel rapidly and watching them even be amazed by the change! I decided to join this site because I find a lot in common with teachers in general,which makes it a lot more relaxing meeting/dating a teacher.Although an entergetic stage musician at times,I'm actually pretty introverted, but become really relaxed when meeting female teachers,which happens a lot on trips, ironically. It's a profession where,if you find that ONE,it's not only easy to be supportive,but also helpful and understanding when it's needed during the school year.
