I am an artist and high school art teacher and I love art and music. I also love going to museums, galleries and live music concerts. Beyond making art and listening/playing music (I play a bunch of instruments- guitar, bass, didge, etc. I take great pride in my health.
I love to work out- ie. lift weights, run, yoga, outdoor activities, etc. I would love to be able to do these things with my partner.

Ultimately, I'm looking for a partner who will embrace love with an open heart, challenge me intellectually, show true devotion and loyalty to family, friends and self. I want to be with a partner who will be honest and communicates well with others. She should be independant but social, share interests with me but have her own passions. She must accept failure but learn from that experience. A goal of our relationship will be to help each other become better people in the world! I am grateful for the many gifts that I have received. I would like the woman that I'm with to be equally appreciative of her life. This life is so precious and I don't take it for granted! I'm interested in a woman who knows who she is and what she wants but is always learning new things. She must be open and flexible, but strong and witty. I'm looking for a woman who is supportive of my passions as I will do the same for her. I also hope that she is interested in ALL kinds of music and leads a healthy lifestyle.

I like so much music- many different styles, mixtures, etc. I do find myself being drawn to the indie stuff the most. I am certainly open to all music genres though. I also love watching movies more than tv shows.

I love being an art teacher. It allows me to stay active in art and learn while teaching- I learn a lot from my students and enjoy the interaction. I am just finishing up my Masters in Fine Arts and would like to start showing my work in galleries. Maybe someday I'll teach college but for now, teaching high school is great.
